Cook

Job Description:

  • Work closely with our team of bartenders, barbacks & fellow cooks in a fast-paced service environment

  • Present a neat and professional appearance

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating

  • Monitor inventory and communicate shortages

  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed

  • Dishwashing 

Requirements:

  • 21+  

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk/stand for 8 hours

  • Punctuality 

  • Execute menu with consistency

  • Attention to detail

  • Time management skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Team player

Adaptability and weekend availability a must. We are open 7 days a week at 4pm. 

Barback

Job Description:

  • Work closely with team of bartenders, & cooks in a fast-paced service environment

  • Present a neat and professional appearance

  • Provide professional, friendly and engaging service

  • Bussing empty glassware / plates

  • Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests

  • Run drinks to guests in a timely manner if required

  • Restock items for bartenders

  • Ensure dining and beverage setup is well-stocked and clean

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

  • Display enthusiasm and knowledge about our menu and ingredients

  • Complete all opening and closing side work in a timely fashion

  • Dishwashing
