Job Description:
Work closely with our team of bartenders, barbacks & fellow cooks in a fast-paced service environment
Present a neat and professional appearance
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Dishwashing
Requirements:
21+
Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk/stand for 8 hours
Punctuality
Execute menu with consistency
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Positive attitude
Team player
Adaptability and weekend availability a must. We are open 7 days a week at 4pm.
Barback
Job Description:
Work closely with team of bartenders, & cooks in a fast-paced service environment
Present a neat and professional appearance
Provide professional, friendly and engaging service
Bussing empty glassware / plates
Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests
Run drinks to guests in a timely manner if required
Restock items for bartenders
Ensure dining and beverage setup is well-stocked and clean
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Display enthusiasm and knowledge about our menu and ingredients
Complete all opening and closing side work in a timely fashion
Dishwashing
